Overcoming Anxiety

Overcoming Anxiety

Do your heart and mind often race? Is your stomach in knots? Are you unable to concentrate? You may have anxiety.

You are not alone - anxiety accounts for over half of all mental health concerns. We all experience some anxiety, but too much anxiety can take a toll on your wellbeing.

In this 3-hour class, you will learn about different types of anxiety disorders, causes, and common symptoms. You will also learn practical skills and healthy coping strategies to combat anxiety, so you can lead a more peaceful life.

Who can attend?

  • Anxious behaviours, thoughts, and emotions
  • Skills to decrease levels of anxiety
