Healthy Relationships Therapy Groups
We offer 16-week group therapy sessions for women and men experiencing challenges in relationships.
This program focuses on building more fulfilling relationships and balanced life with healthier approaches to conflict, including situations where there could be violence. It will help you enhance your well-being by showing you how to develop healthier relationship skills based on your own personal values and what you want your life to be.
The small group is facilitated by a mental health therapist.
