New Supports for Managing Anxiety and Depression

If you have anxiety or depression, you are not alone. Both are more common than you may think, but there are lots of healthy coping strategies to manage them.

This fall, we’re introducing classes and therapeutic support groups for anxiety and depression. All these resources are free of charge. 

Our educational classes give you an overview of causes, symptoms, and healthy coping strategies. You’ll leave with practical tips and tools for managing anxiety and depression.

The support groups are facilitated by a mental health therapist. You’ll talk about your feelings and experiences in a healing and supportive group setting. To learn more and sign up for a group, email
