Being in a healthy relationship can contribute to feelings of safety, security, happiness, and overall life satisfaction. But sometimes, we don't feel these things in our relationships. The right help can be important to support you through these challenges.
Grieving a loss can be painful, but you don’t have to go through it on your own. In this therapeutic support group, you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours associated with the loss of a loved one by death, separation, and even pet loss. You will engage in art therapy and mindfulness experientials, conversation, and monitor therapeutic change as you companion with others throughout the group.
