Free Postpartum Therapy Group for Partners in Edmonton

Welcoming a baby is a life-changing experience - not just for the birthing parent, but for their partners and close family members, too. If you are supporting someone through pregnancy or postpartum, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained.

Almost 80% of new moms experience the “baby blues” - mood swings, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and irritability. For some, those feelings don’t go away and can turn into postpartum depression or anxiety.

Our free, virtual Postpartum Therapy Group for Partners will help you navigate baby blues, postpartum depression, and anxiety with confidence and compassion. Whether you’re feeling unsure about how to support your partner, struggling with your own emotions, or simply want to connect with other new parents, this group can support you.

You’ll learn what postpartum depression and anxiety can look like, how to show up for your partner in meaningful ways, and how to take care of your own well-being.

In this group, you will learn about:

  • The physical, emotional, and psychological changes that can happen during and after pregnancy
  • Ways to manage stress and navigate new parenthood
  • How to support your partner and maintain healthy relationships
  • The importance of self-care
