Stress Reduction Worksheet
We all get stressed at times. It can be helpful when we experience a small amount of it, but too much stress can make us feel overwhelmed, frozen, and numb. Sometimes stress is the accumulation of many small, daily hassles. Some examples of daily hassles are traffic, chores, work problems, lack of sleep, limited free time, or an argument with a partner. While other times, stress is the result of major life changes or long-term problems, like divorce, new job, loss of a job, death, moving, chronic illness, discrimination, or feeling unsafe.
Our Stress Exploration & Reduction worksheet can help you learn more about your stressors, factors that may cause your stress, your possible coping strategies, and resources that could protect you from stress.
