Sourcewell is a government agency that makes the buying process easier and more affordable by combining the purchasing power of many agencies into a single cooperative group.

Teletherapy Mental Health Counselling and Psychoeducational Classes

As a current Sourcewell member, you now have access to virtual counselling services and classes for self-improvement, anger management, parenting, and couples communication at discounted rates. At this time, these services are available in Canada only.

  • Just one session with a mental health therapist can be enough to think more clearly and work through solutions when feeling stuck
  • Over 20 class topics for parents, couples, self-improvement, and anger management where you can learn practical tips that you can put to use immediately

Our virtual service delivery removes barriers that can sometimes get in the way of receiving help and provide an effective way to improve your wellness.

 

Mental health counselling

Our mental health therapists are experienced in a broad range of issues. We can help you understand your situation better and figure out ways to move successfully through it. A single session with one of our mental health therapists may be enough to help you think more clearly and work through your own solution when you feel stuck.
