1. 2.5-hour online classes - You will learn the causes, signs, and symptoms of anxiety and depression. You will gain practical tips and learn hands-on ways to feel relaxed, free, and happy.
2. A weekly therapeutic support group is your opportunity to talk about your feelings and experiences in a respectful, supportive group setting. There will be activities and planning time to overcome anxiety and depression. This group is facilitated by our mental health therapists.
3. One-on-one counselling with a mental health therapist can help you understand your situation and figure out ways to overcome life’s challenges.
