No matter what you are going through, The Family Centre is here for you.

You are doing your best to cope, feel good, and be in control of your emotions and your life, but sometimes hardships happen, which can affect your mood and ability to face life’s challenging situations.

Our resources can help you move forward positively. Let us help you. You can get personalized advice to move out of anxiety or depression, and learn practical tips that work.

It is okay to ask for help

The Family Centre's anxiety and depression resources

1.   2.5-hour online classes - You will learn the causes, signs, and symptoms of anxiety and depression. You will gain practical tips and learn hands-on ways to feel relaxed and free.

 

2.    A weekly therapeutic support group is your opportunity to talk about your feelings and experiences in a respectful, supportive group setting. There will be activities and planning time to overcome anxiety and depression. This group is facilitated by our mental health therapists.

 

 3.   One-on-one counselling with a mental health therapist can help you understand your situation and figure out ways to overcome life’s challenges.
