It is normal to feel angry at times. But when is anger, irritability, and aggression unhealthy for a child? If they feel angry almost every day and it affects their daily life, then anger could be a problem.
Low self-esteem, bullying, trauma, and divorce are some factors that can contribute to anger in teens. It’s not the anger itself that’s a problem, but the inability to deal with it effectively and constructively.
In this course, your child will learn self-awareness skills to take back control of their emotions.
